# Copy an invoice

From an existing invoice (locked or not) in Sigabill, it is possible to add a new invoice using the "Copy invoice" function. All elements of the selected invoice will be copied and remain editable.

### To copy an invoice

1.  Select and display an existing invoice (Invoicing / Invoice list menu)
2.  Check and/or modify the **invoice date (or work date)**
3.  Click on the button **"Copy invoice"**
4.  Check and/or modify the information originating from the copied invoice: customer selection, product selection, quantities, unit price, etc.
5.  Complete the invoice
