Delete an invoice

It is possible to delete an unlocked invoice without leaving a trace. A locked invoice cannot be deleted, but a cancellation invoice (reversing the original invoice) will be automatically generated upon confirmation of the deletion.

To delete an unlocked invoice

1. Go to the menu Billing
2. Select the item "Invoice list
3. Double-click on the desired invoice
4. Click on the button Delete
5. Confirm deletion

To delete a locked invoice

1. Go to the menu Billing
2. Select the item "Invoice list
3. Double-click on the desired invoice
4. Click on the button Delete
5. Confirm deletion; a new invoice with opposite amounts and the same date will be added to cancel the original invoice.
