Instructions for company creation

Companies

The Companies tab allows you to view detailed company information. The list of companies displays the current company in the left section (in the form of a list) and the company details in the right section. The number of companies is determined when the application is purchased and can be modified according to the user's needs by contacting the Sales department.

Company customization

The various tabs allow you to configure or customize each company's file. Required fields are marked with an *.

Identification

The Identification tab contains basic company information (code, name, language of communication, and logo). Everything can be edited in this tab. The company must exist in this section to access the other menus in the application.

Addresses

This tab contains the company's contact details. You can add and save multiple addresses per company by specifying a name for each.

Phone numbers

This tab contains the company's phone contact details. You can add and save multiple phone numbers per company by specifying a name for each.

Emails

This tab contains the company's digital contact information. It is possible to add and save multiple emails per company by specifying the name of each. If sending by email is desired, this tab must be completed.

Banking information

This tab contains the company's banking information. It is possible to add and save multiple accounts per company by specifying the name of each. At least one bank account must be defined to allow entering cash receipts and deposits. No connection or verification is made with the financial institution in the current version of the Sigabill application.

Tax settings

This tab contains the company's tax numbers. These numbers can be displayed on invoices.

Function buttons

	The button Save allows you to save added or modified information
	The button Add allows you to add a new company
	The button Refresh allows you to apply the specified criteria and refresh the display
	Data can be exported to CSV format
	It is also possible to create a customized view per user
	It is possible to change the display order of companies using: column headers (by clicking on the column header, ascending sort is applied, and by clicking again on the same column, descending sort is applied) filters (by specifying an element, the list will be reduced)

❓Frequently Asked Questions

I used billing in classic SigaFinance. Did my data transfer to Sigabill or do I have to start over from scratch?

If you migrated from classic SigaFinance to SigaFinance EVO, the billing-related data was also migrated to Sigabill. However, not all billing history was migrated. Here is the information you will find in Sigabill:

Active client files at the time of migration that had transactions in the last two years (code, name, addresses, etc.)
Active products and services (code, description, units)
Unpaid invoices at the time of migration; to view old invoices, access to classic SigaFinance is available for consultation.
Link with accounting; revenue accounts linked to products and services are found in the Product and service categories
