Statements of account
Account statements are available at all times. They can be printed or sent by email.
The account statements are displayed according to several criteria that can be modified: the report date, client selection, with or without interest calculation, with or without undeposited receipts.
When a change is made to the selection, click the Refresh button to apply the modification to the selection.
Account statements date
By default, the working date will be used for displaying account statements. It is possible to change the report date. Changing the date affects the account display.
Client selection
When opening the statements sheet, clients with non-zero balances are displayed. The display can be modified using the selection buttons: all clients, filtered clients, or selected clients. Other filters can also be defined to meet user needs.
Interest calculation
For interest calculation to occur on account statements, the invoice payment terms must indicate a possible interest calculation on overdue balances. Once the invoice is printed, the payment term cannot be modified. If an invoice contains the payment term "Payable upon receipt", no interest can be calculated.
Interest is displayed for information purposes only. It will be recorded upon receipt if paid by the client.
Undeposited receipts
Undeposited receipts (received and applied to customer files) can be applied to statements of account.

❓Frequently asked questions
I see cancelled invoices on the statement of account. How can I make them disappear?
You must receive payments for cancelled invoices so they no longer appear under the customer's current invoices.
I activated interest calculation, but nothing is added to the statement of account. Why?
The payment terms that include interest calculation must be selected when generating the invoice (before its final printing). To check an invoice's payment terms, consult the Terms tab in the invoice details. Payment terms cannot be modified on a locked invoice.
