Generating reports
Reports are available at all times and in several ways:
View
The preview displays the report on screen. From the view, other options are available such as the ability to save the report in different formats, printing, or sending by email.
The choice of printer and the location of PDF files are part of the operating system and/or browser settings. The Sigabill application uses these settings as specified.
Send by email
Reports sent by email are automatically generated in PDF format. It is possible to add other attachments to this type of email sending from Sigabill. The maximum size for all attachments is 3MB.
Export in CSV format
The CSV export allows you to work with data from Sigabill in a spreadsheet.
❓PDF invoices are not saved in the right folder. Is it possible to change the location of PDF files?
